Returns & Exchanges
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Please try to re-use the recycled and biodegradable carriers we sent the product in. Original packing is not necessary, but is ideal to prevent unnecessary environmental waste. The merchandise must be returned within 14 days of its delivery. If it has been longer than 14 days, we cannot refund the returned item, but can exchange it for another size or store credit. Returns on SALE items may not be refunded, but can be exchanged for store credit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as a packing slip or email confirmation. We do not pay shipping expenses for returned or exchanged products. The customer is responsible for return expenses unless 1.) the product is damaged or 2.) we sent the wrong product in which case we will email them a return label to use.
Once the item has been received, we will inspect the item and then issue a refund if the item is returned in the same condition it was sent. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, we sent you the wrong one, or your item does not fit. When mailing your item, please be sure to include the original packing slip that came with your order and write “RETURN” on it. If you do not have the packing slip, include a slip of paper with your order number. For international exchanges we require that the customer pay the return shipping.
